What to do before using the device?
1. Clean the face before use
2. Do not use device if you have experienced sunburn or heavy sun exposure within 3 days
3. Use device on clean face. Since liquid silicone has adhesive, it is recommended to apply skincare products after treatment.
4. Not recommended for pregnant and breast-feeding women, people with photo-sensitives skin. People with severe myopia should use mask in a well-lit environment.
Can I use it with whitening serums?
We do not recommend using serums containing whitening ingredients during the treatment. For best results, apply skincare products after the session.
Why is near-Infrared light invisible?
Human eye can only perceive light with wavelengths between 380-780nm. Infrared light has longer wavelength, beyond this visible range, so it cannot be seen. Additionally, our eyes' sensitivity decreases for longer wavelengths due to retinal structure and diffraction limits, making infrared invisible to naked eyes.
My skin is slightly red after use. Is it normal?
Yes. The device uses long-wave combined light technology. Feeling slight warmth, dryness, or mild redness after treatment is normal. Simply hydrate your skin afterward to restore moisture.
Can my skin before darker after use?
The device helps break down melanin in the deeper layer of the skin and stimulates collagen regeneration, which can reduce dark spots. Some users may notice temporary darkness as the skin expels melanin. To support this process, continue using hydrating mask and mist and apply sunscreen to accelerate melanin metabolism.
What are the After-Use Tips and Mask Care?
1. Apply hydrating sheet mask or cold compress to soothe the skin
2. Avoid washing your face with warm water for 4-5 hours
3. Strictly protect your skin from sun exposure for at least 1 week
4. Use moisturiser or repair-focused skincare to support skin recovery
5. Avoid high irritation skincare products within 24 hours such as high-concentration Vitamin C, high-concentration Retinol (Vitamin A), high-concentration niacinamide, alcohol-based products, Acids (AHAs/BHAs, etc)
6. Sensitive skin users should choose gentle skincare products to prevent irritation
How should I clean the device after use?
After treatment, you can store the device. if there's dirt and dust, gently wipe it with a slightly damp soft cloth or sanitary wet wipes.
What's the Product Warranty?
We offer 12 months replacement warranty on the product. This covers any technical issue with the product and not physical damage. Avoid submerging product in the water or opening product. Avoid keeping device in humid areas like bathroom or other places with excess moisture.
