Refund policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement and are typically delivered within 1-5 business days. To ensure timely delivery, customers are kindly requested to be available to accept the order at the time of delivery.

If your delivery pin code is deemed non-serviceable and your order has not been dispatched within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), we will process a full refund for your purchase.

All products from The Plush Co. are non-returnable and non-refundable. We have a "12-months Repair/Replacement Policy of Doorstep Pickup & Drop" on all our products - IPL Laser Hair Removal Handset(s), LED Face Mask, Hair Straightener and Ultrasonic Skin Scrubber.

We are the only Brand in India to offer "Doorstep Pickup & Drop for any repair/replacement". This means in case of device malfunction issue, you can request a repair/replacement within one year of purchase date. No Service Centres visits required. With The Plush Co., you get hassle-free after-sales experience during and after Warranty. In case you receive a different coloured device than the one you ordered, you can raise a concern within 15 days from the date of delivery. 

Physically damaged products are not covered under warranty.

To be eligible for a replacement in case of color mismatch, you can raise your concern supported by an Unboxing Video and share with us. This would help us resolve your issue quickly. The product must be in the same condition you received, unused and with accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to share with us the receipt as proof of purchase.

In case of malfunction, the customer needs to show the Bill along with the product images and video to help us map the malfunction issue. Please note that external damage to the product e.g. scratches on sonic head or silicon body, damage to the device due to external factors like weather conditions, mishandling, are not covered under warranty. 

To start a replacement, kindly contact us at info@theplushco.com or WhatsApp us at 9310944608. Once your replacement request is accepted, we will arrange pickup from your location. In case your location doesn't have courier pickup service, you need to send the product to our address. We will inspect the device along with the box, and initiate your return order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return order is scheduled, replacement order will be shipped to your address and tracking details will be shared with you over WhatsApp and email.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right on-the-go.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
