Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

I have placed an order. In how many days will it reach me?

Once your order is placed with us, our team runs double Quality check for the product to be dispatched. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. Upon dispatch, confirmation over email/WhatsApp is sent with Tracking ID to get order status. All orders get delivered in 1-4 days of purchase (within India).

For International orders, it takes 5-10 days to deliver order at your doorstep.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched

What's the shipping fee applicable on my order?

We offer free Shipping to all customers in India.

For International buyers, shipping charges are calculated on the Checkout page.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes. We ship worldwide (except Pakistan).

How can I refund for my order?

We offer 12 months replacement policy, and not return policy on all our products. This means if there’s any technical issue with the product within 12 months from the date of purchase, you can opt for product replacement. You need to provide product video showing product error/problem and mail to us at info@theplushco.com. Once we receive your email,  you’ll need to send the product to us. The returned product will undergo inspection. Once the replacement is approved, you will be sent replacement/new product.

Please note that any kind of physical damage is not covered under warranty.

What's the replacement policy?

Our replacement policy covers technical damage and not physical damage to the product. This means if there’s any technical issue with the product within 12 months from the date of purchase, you can opt for product replacement. To initiate replacement request, provide a video showing product error/problem and mail to us at info@theplushco.com. Once we receive your email,  you’ll need to send the product to us (with all accessories in the box e.g. like charger, glasses, USB cable, etc). The returned product will undergo inspection. Once the replacement is approved, you will be sent replacement/new product.

Please note that any kind of physical damage is not covered under warranty.

Are shipments liable for import fee in my country?

Yes, depending on the postal code and local laws, customs duties & local sales taxes may be charged. These charges to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery. The Plush Co. will not be liable to pay these charges.

How can I change address or phone number in my order?

If you wish to change the shipping address or phone number, you can do it through “My Order” section before the products are dispatched. You will see an edit icon on the order detail page. Please note that you cannot change the address once the order is shipped.

What if my product gets damaged in transit?

We take appropriate measures to ensure safe product deliver to our customers. Our products are bubble wrapped to ensure safety and eliminate the changes of damage while in transit.

What payment methods are available for International orders?

We accept all major Debit and Credit Cards such as VISA, Master Card, American Express etc. for international orders.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed, you will see a confirmation page displaying a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the shipping address. In addition, you will receive an email confirming your order details. You will also be notified when we dispatch the item(s) with the respective tracking details.

Do you have COD payment method?

We do not have COD (Pay on Delivery) method as of now. However, you can pay via Debit or Credit card to purchase products on our website. All payments made our website are secured with Stripe payment gateway.

How can I place International orders?

You can place international order from our website. Simply add products to your cart and select your country from drop down while adding an international address.
