Can AirDo hair straightener be used on dry hair?
Yes, you can use ThePlushCo AirDo hair straightener on dry hair too. Choose between temperatures depending on your hair type, and keep a small batch of hair between the handles to let AirDo straighten the strands.
Why does my AirDo hair straightener turns off automatically after few seconds while it's on?
ThePlushCo AirDo has standby mode which kicks in when the straightener is not in use for 5 seconds. You can resume straightening as usual and it will turn on automatically.
How does the cleaning function in AirDo straightener works?
Long press the wind speed button for 5 seconds and AirDo will enter the Reverse mode to clean air inlet. The display will show 20 seconds. Let it sit for 20 seconds and the AirDo hair straightener will turn off automatically.
I have course hair. What temperature setting should I use?
140° - 160° : Course and Hard hair type
90° - 120° : Normal hair

How do I clean the hair straightener right?
Use a clean dry cloth to wipe the AirDo hair straightener from outside as well as from air inlet manually.
What's the suitable environment to use AirDo hair straightener?
Avoid using AirDo straightener in excessive dust as it affects the life of the motor. The product will collect dust in air inlets because of excessive dust. It's functionality may also affect in higher altitudes where there is less air.

We offer 12 months replacement warranty on the product. This covers any technical issue with the product and not physical damage. Avoid submerging product in the water or opening product. Avoid keeping device in humid areas like bathroom or other places with excess moisture.
