Shipping policy

The Plush Co. ships PAN India as well as abroad. We offer free shipping to our customers in India; however, Shipping charges apply to orders outside India. In case we have to charge under unavoidable situations, we first intimate our customers before levying any additional charges at the time of payment completion.

All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement and are usually delivered within 1-5 business days. To ensure timely delivery, customers are kindly requested to be available at their registered address to accept the order at the time of delivery. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled/returned.

Please note that if the order is not accepted upon delivery, it will be subject to a delay of an additional 10-14 business days.

Once your order is shipped, we share Tracking Information with you over WhatsApp and email. Tracking details are updated after 9:00PM on the day your order is dispatched.

Our working hours for logistics are 10:00AM-6:00PM, Monday – Saturday. This means that the order placed on Sunday will be shipped next Monday.
