I'm not able to charge the device?
It's a corded device. The handset will work when plugged into the power source. Plug in the adapter and start the handset by long pressing Power Button for 3-5 seconds. The device will switch on.

The device won't start? What do I do?
Use adapter in power socket and check that it fits perfectly. It happens because there is no current entering into the device and the adapter is loose. Use multi-pin plug to fit the adapter in to the socket and check back again.
