How to use the LED Face Mask?

For daily use, generally wash your face first, then use the red light and infrared for 10 minutes, and then apply a moisturizing mask. For normal use, generally wash your face first, then use the red light and infrared for 10 minutes, and then apply a moisturizing mask.

How to clean the LED Mask?

Since the product is not waterproof, just wipe it with a wet tissue after each use.

Can it be used with regular facial sheet masks?

It is recommended to use them separately. After using the product, apply skincare products immediately to achieve better absorption. Using a facial mask during treatment may affect the absorption of the light and hinder the treatment effect.

How long does it take to see results with regular use?

Generally, it takes 4 to 5 weeks of continuous use to see noticeable results. It is important to persist in using the product and maintain a healthy diet to achieve better skin condition.

Why don't I see Infrared red working in the mask?

The infrared light at 850nm is not visible to the naked eye. Therefore, the light bulb we use has two chips, one for the red light and the other for the infrared light, which are integrated into the same bulb. There are 50 infrared bulbs and 50 seven color bulbs in total.

Why does the light not turn on when I plug it in?

Our product uses a US-type plug that supports 5V2A power bank. Generally, a regular power bank should work (excluding poor-quality power banks). It is recommended to use a power bank for convenience. If you use an adapter, and the voltage is not sufficient, the light may not turn on. In this case, you can try changing the plug.

Can I plug it in the powerbank?

Yes. The LED Mask can be used with adapter as well as powerbank for easy movement.
