The Plush Co. ships to every state and city in India and abroad. We offer free shipping to our customers in India; however, Shipping charges apply to orders outside India.
In case we have to charge under unavoidable situations, we first intimate our customers before levying any additional charges at the time of payment completion.
Orders once placed will be processed within 1-2 working days and will reach to you, if in India, in 2-3 working days after shipping.
We are also ensuring your safety by disinfecting all packages before, during, and after packing.
Please expect delays beyond our dispatch date. Once orders are dispatched, couriers are experiencing additional transit and zone-specific delays. This is because prevailing state and local lock-down rulings are frequently changing, which in turn is impacting their delivery timelines to you.
Our working hours for logistics are 10 am- 6 pm, Monday – Friday. This means that the order placed on Saturday will be shipped on the next Monday.
We do a Quality-check before sending you products so that your experience is wonderful when you open the order. However, if there’s a device malfunction issue within a year, you can request a replacement within one year of purchase date. Request you to send product images and video to help us map the malfunction issue. In case you receive a different coloured device than the one you ordered, or there’s scratch on the device, you may raise your concern supported by an Unboxing video. This would help us resolve your issue quickly.
If your concern is related to product color change or scratches on device at the time of delivery, remember to raise the concern with in 15 days of the date of product purchase. To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be in the same condition you received, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to share with us the receipt as proof of purchase.
In case of malfunction, the customer needs to show the Bill along with the product images and video. Please note that external damage to the product e.g. scratches on sonic head or silicon body, damage to the device due to external factors like weather conditions, mishandling, are not covered under warranty.
To start a replacement, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your return order is accepted, you need to send the product to our address. We will inspect the device along with the box, and initiate your return order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchange or return of physical damaged product can only be claimed if unboxing video was made as a proof.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
